The Tree Splitter in Fortnite: Battle Royale is a difficult pickaxe to come by, considering that it is rarely seen in the shop, unless you're dedicated enough to check every single day.

This pickaxe is an uncommon harvesting tool that only shows up in the shop very rarely. So, how do players get the Tree Splitter?

The axe made its debut in Season 5 of Fortnite's run in the Hacivat Set, which includes the Hacivat skin, the Backbling Crafted Carrier, the glider Shadow Puppet and the Tree Splitter itself.

Previously, the Tree Splitter had last been seen around 646 days ago (according to third-party item trackers), which makes the skin very rare and sought-after at this point in time.

Players now have the option to get the skin, even if it's only for a short amount of time, because the item has appeared today, Nov. 13.

The Tree Splitter can be found in the Fortnite item shop right now.

The pickaxe by itself costs 500 V-Bucks, which is equal to $5, so it's relatively affordable, even for those who may not have a lot of spare cash with the holiday season coming up.

Also available in the shop is the entire Hacivat Set, so players can own every piece of the bundle without having to slowly collect the items in it.
