All Cuddle Cruisers Omni Chips
Three Omni Chips can be found at the Cuddle Cruisers. It doesn't matter in what order you get them in, and to collect the chips, all you have to do is walk over them. Below you'll find a picture of the Cuddle Cruisers, where all three chips are located.
Cuddle Cruisers Omni Chip 1 Location
The first Omni chip can be found on the east side of the house on the docks.

Cuddle Cruisers Omni Chip 2 Location
The second Omni chip can be found on the roof of the house.
Cuddle Cruisers Omni Chip 3 Location
The final Omni chip can be found on the west side of the mini island next to the zipline.

All IO Command Omni Chips
Three Omni Chips can be found at the IO Command. It doesn't matter in what order you get them in, and to collect the chips, all you have to do is walk over them. Below you'll find a picture of the IO Command, where all three chips are located.
IO Command Omni Chip 1 Location
The first Omni chip is underneath the cave on the west side. You'll find the chip north of the drill next to the IO symbol.
IO Command Omni Chip 2 Location

The second Omni chip is right before the door before reaching the vault.
IO Command Omni Chip 3 Location
The final chip is in a room underneath the cave on the east side. You'll see a drill, and it'll be facing the room you can enter. Go inside the room, and to your left, you'll see the final Omni chip.
All Sleepy Sound Omni Chips

Three Omni Chips can be found at the Sleepy Sound. It doesn't matter in what order you get them in, and to collect the chips, all you have to do is walk over them. Below you'll find a picture of the Sleepy Sound, where all three chips are located.
Sleepy Sound Omni Chip 1 Location
The first Omni chip is in the parking lot underneath a walkway at the motel.
Sleepy Sound Omni Chip 2 Location

The second Omni chip can be found on the northern side of Sleepy Sound. It'll be on the dock of the house facing the gas station.
Sleepy Sound Omni Chip 3 Location
The final Omni chip is located on the dock on the northmost side of Sleepy Sound.
