Fortnite challenges Chapter 3 Season 2 Week 10

It’s the final week of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 which means there’s just one more round of challenges for this season. The Collider is getting ready to fire, and the Collision event is ready to bring things to a climax next week, so this is going to be your last chance to earn lots of exp to level up fast this season.

The challenges this week involve a bit of everything. It feels a bit like a victory lap of everything this season has already covered. A disappointing lack of explosions in the batch this week, but in its place is some skilled flying, quick manoeuvres, and sticking it to the IO at every available opportunity. Each challenge is worth 2000 XP, so you’ll want to get in there and tick them off quickly.

Fortnite Tents & Sleeping Bag

One of the new items added this season, the Tent lets you store items and weapons to be retrieved in future games. They’ve proved a roaring success, even if they are quite rare, so all you have to do is find one and put it down at a Seven Outpost. Unsurprisingly, there are seven of these outposts dotted all around the map, and you can highlight them by marking this challenge in the menu.

why can't i get into fortnite chapter 3

Fortnite has now entered an extended period of downtime before chapter 3 season 3 begins on sunday, june 5th. Perhaps the advertisements, leaks, and hinted themes of chapter 3 did their job too well. We’re roughly a month out from the next season of chapter 3.

Fortnite IO Outpost

Last week’s challenges asked you to dance on the crash site of the IO blimps, but what’s the point in gloating if your enemies aren’t there to see it? This week, climb up onto an IO Outpost and show them what a joke they’ve become now all their artillery and IO tanks have been taken care of. There are five outposts around the map laid out in a cross, once again, marking the challenge in the menu will highlight them on the map.

Fortnite driving a car to a checkpoint

It’s unclear exactly what this challenge is supposed to achieve, but it looks cool and gets you right into the action of a game. The easiest way to do this is right after you’ve jumped out of the battle bus. Aim for an area where there are lots of vehicles, such as Rocky Reels or Chonker’s Speedway, and as you get close to the ground it’ll be easy to position yourself to land right next to a vehicle and hop in immediately.

Fortnite The Collider

The Collider is the big doomsday device that appeared at the centre of the map a couple of weeks ago, with a big spike of energy coming up from the ground. Unfortunately, right now this challenge is bugged and you can’t complete it, as the energy field pushes you away whenever you try to enter it. When it is fixed, all you have to do is head down the collider, jump up on one of the bounce pads around the side and enter the beam.

Fortnite Repair torch

Although they’re technically deadly weapons set up by the IO, nothing is stopping you from jumping on the huge turrets that litter the landscape and wreaking some havoc on the surrounding area. If you do, you’ll likely attract some attention and it could get damaged, which is perfect for this challenge, as you’ll need to find a Repair Torch and fix up a broken turret. Of course, you can always break the turret yourself, then repair it after.

Fortnite Sliding down a hill

Healing up on the go isn’t easy, but there are plenty of tools at your disposal. One of the best healing items is the Med-Mist as it can heal both you and your allies. Hit the fire button to spray it over yourself, or the aim button to spray it on whoever is in front of you. All you have to do is get a good slide on and start spraying yourself. If you don’t know how to slide, then check out our guide on how to slide in Fortnite.

Fortnite Resistance turrets

Several turrets were placed around resistance locations in the first few weeks of Chapter 3 Season 2, and now it’s time to put them to good use. Go to any resistance-controlled area, such as Sanctuary, and you’ll find a turret that can rip any vehicle to shreds. Even if there isn’t an enemy vehicle nearby, there will be a few scattered around every major location, so you can pull up your own car and have fun blasting it.
