According to her bio, Meow Skulls is a "chill kitty who knows she's awesome." This new Character is also featured as one of the Outfit rewards for the Chapter 3: Season 4 Battle Pass. Specifically, Meow Skulls is part of the Cali-Cool Set, Epic Outfits that comes in five different Styles. These include default Meow Skulls, white Cloud Nine, futuristic blue Spectral, gilded Aurelian, and Celestial, the standard look with some extra glowing flair.
By completing the various questlines and challenges available during Chapter 3: Season 4, Fortnite fans will eventually be able to unlock all of the Meow Skulls' Outfits. On the other hand, those looking to find the "chill kitty" on the Battle Royale map will need to head to Rave Cave Landmark.

Because she is not stationary, players might struggle to find her during the initial moments after their arrival. Nevertheless, this NPC in Chapter 3 does not walk very fast, so finding her should not be too difficult unless hostile combatants are nearby.

Meow Skulls should be walking through this tunnel-shaped passage or on its nearby stairwells in Fortnite Chapter 3: Season 4.
Meow Skulls might react differently to players depending on the Outfit Skin in Fortnite they are using during the match. For example, she will tell Meowscles that she will "always land on her feet." If Doggo is being used, then she will say, "You should get gone, before my brother sees you."
