Epic Games has unveiled a new skin for Fortnite Crew subscribers to enjoy starting in October: Red Claw is coming to the island.
If you're out of the loop, Fortnite Crew is a monthly subscription service for users who want to reap even more exclusive rewards than those offered in a battle pass or the regular item shop.
All Fortnite Crew members get some pretty nice bang for their buck. In addition to the skin that we are introducing to you, the Crew Package also includes 1000 V-Bucks and the Battle Pass. Of course, if you buy the October membership, that's the Chapter 3, Season 4 Battle Pass!
Fortnite Crew October 2022 Skin
The October Crew Pack featuring the new Red Claw skin will be available to active Fortnite Crew members on October 1st, 2022 at around 02:00 AM. As always, in addition to the skin, you will also receive a few other sugar-sweet - or should we say this time - mysterious cosmetics and, to top it all off, a few V-Bucks.
While we got the beautiful Loveless for the Battle Royale in September, we welcome the fearless Redc Claw to the Crew Pack for October. These are all the items included in the pack:
- Red Claw Skin (Includes No Mask variant)
- Black Fang Back Bling
- Red's Rippers Pickaxe
- Shredded Red Wrap
- Never Take Me Alive Loading Screen
- Dark Nights/Red Lights Lobby Track
- Dark & Red Instrumental Lobby Track
That's on the cosmetic side of things, as we've mentioned, the membership also gives out monthly V-bucks. A total of 1,000 each month, however, you need to keep in mind these are handed out on your billing date, not at the start of the month, in case you're worried about them not showing up immediately when August starts. Furthermore, if you already bought the Season 3 battle pass, you'll instead receive an extra 950 V-bucks as compensation.
Fortnite Red Claw Release Date
The Crew Pack featuring the new Red Claw Skin will be available to active Fortnite Crew members on October 1st, 2022 at around 02:00. But as always, you will also receive a few other sugar-sweet cosmetics and V-Bucks in addition to the skin.
Cost of Fortnite Crew in September 2022
As always, the Fortnite Crew Pack for October costs 11.99 euros. The Fortnite Crew service is a subscription service and can be canceled at any time. You can keep all discounts. Also, you won't lose any Outfits, V-Bucks, or Battle Passes if you decide to unsubscribe.

How to become a member of the Fortnite crew
To join the Fortnite Crew, just follow the steps below:
- Go to the Fortnite Item Shop
- Scroll down for the latest Fortnite Crew Pack
- Click on "Become part of the crew".
- You will then be taken to the purchase screen where you can confirm your purchase.
- Now you are an official member of the Fortnite crew! But don't forget that the subscription will now continue automatically if you don't cancel.
So there you have it! Plenty to unpack with October's Fortnite Crew rewards. Even if you only do it for the exclusive skin, the amount of extra content you'll be getting this time around might make it worth the price of admission.
