You'll need to venture to the far east of the Echovald Wilds map to find the Juvenile Wallow. It's hanging out in a shallow pool: the Qinkai Stream Point of Interest, just north of the Jade Gate Waypoint.

The Juvenile Siege Turtle is charmable at the Seafarer's Enclave in the Dragon's End map!
To find a Juvenile Siege Turtle, you'll need to go to the southeastern part of Dragon's End. Keep an eye out for the Juno Hatchery Point of Interest, which is where Canthans are raising Siege Turtles. You can charm one of them at the pools north and south of the hatchery, so long as the 'Defeat the Void attacking Juno Hatchery' event during the map meta is not active.
